Our story
From a two-press workshop to a 50+-person precision manufacturing partner.
Space Auto Parts was started in 2002 as R.P. Santhosh Auto Components by our Managing Director Mr. Ravi Raju, who brings 24+ years of technical experience across the automotive supply chain.
Today we operate 1T – 100T power presses with automatic sheet feeders, an in-house tool room for progressive die design, and a Mitutoyo-equipped quality lab serving customers across India's automotive, instrumentation, and electrical sectors.
Long-term development partnerships with WIKA Instruments (since 2015) and Maruti Suzuki (Tier-III approved) reflect our commitment to quality and delivery reliability.
2002
Founded as R.P. Santhosh Auto Components with 2 fly presses and 2 operators manufacturing washers and terminals.
2009
Plant expansion. Supplying SBAP, EAPL, GE with wiper motor cover plates, brush plate assemblies, and regulator moulding inserts.
2015
Entered WIKA Instruments supply chain, developing 50+ precision components including dial housings, spacer cups, and mounting brackets.
2023
Maruti Suzuki Tier-III supplier audit passed. Volumetric production of YMP & YG8 inserts running successfully.

Press Shop
Power presses from 1T to 100T with automatic sheet feeders for sustained production runs up to 5mm sheet thickness.
Component Stamping
Multi-material stamping: ETP copper, brass, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, CRCA, and hylam laminated sheets. Tolerances held to ±0.1mm.
Metrology Lab
Mitutoyo digital height gauges, micrometers, position gauges, and DFT testers supporting VDA 6.3 process audit compliance.
