What quality standard does Space Auto Parts follow?
We are VDA 6.3 (4th Edition) process audited, a German automotive quality standard. We are also a Maruti Suzuki Tier-III approved supplier with a Zero PPM quality target.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Our precision press components achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.02mm depending on the part geometry and material.
Do you provide inspection reports with shipments?
Yes. Every batch undergoes first-piece approval, in-process checks, and final inspection. We can provide inspection reports on request.
What materials do you work with?
We stamp ETP Copper, Brass, Phosphorus Bronze, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Sheets, CRCA Sheets, Hylam Laminated Sheets, and Aluminum. Sheet thickness from 0.2mm to 5mm.
